Stallholder Details
If you will be operating a food stall you will also be required to complete a food registration form from
QPRC. The form can be completed online & submitted directly to QPRC.
Location where food will be prepared and cooked is important and if cooking is done offsite you will need to contact the Council Environmental Health Team.
10 or 15 AMPs only.
You are limited to 2 leads.(please BYO leads and lead covers too if possible.)
A tax invoice will be forwarded to you at the email address
provided if your Nomination/ Request is successful.
Additional donations and / or percentage of profits are welcome
Payment in full MUST be received by Friday February 27, 2026
Failure to pay by this date will result in exclusion from the 2026 Queanbeyan Rodeo.

Please note that all stalls must be set up on the Friday night prior to the event and must be able to commence business no later than 8am on Saturday 7 March.
Vehicular access will not be allowed for pack up until the public have departed at the end of the rodeo (approx. 10.30-11pm) & a member of the committee has deemed it safe.
If these conditions are not met you will be unable to trade at the 2026 Queanbeyan Rodeo.
Your stallholder fee will include 2 free entry tickets for your workers.
